Servicing is a vital aspect of vehicle ownership. As well as your annual MOT test (if your car is 3 years old or older), regular servicing is what keeps your vehicle running smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. Servicing isn’t a legal requirement like the MOT test, but a well-maintained car or van is safer for its passengers and other road users.

Regular servicing will give you:

Every vehicle which comes to us for a service will receive our Vehicle Health Check (VHC) and this report is shared with the vehicle owner for discussion and a decision on what level of servicing is required. Other factors we take into account are previous service history, age, annual mileage, and type of use.

If your car is newer and within its manufacturer warranty period, our team will service it precisely to the manufacturer’s schedule, using only genuine, approved, parts and keep your warranty intact, but you will still receive our complimentary ALS Motor Group VHC. A lot of people still think they need to use a main dealer for servicing if they buy a new car, but ALS Motor Group can service your car or van from its very first service and the warranty won’t be compromised.

If your service with us uncovers any additional repair or maintenance work that needs doing we will stop and contact you, although most issues are found during the VHC prior to servicing. We don’t do any work that you haven’t agreed to upfront – you always know what the cost will be before we start. Our technicians are equipped with all the tools and the expertise to fix anything they might come across during the course of any service.

As with all our other services, our car servicing is covered by our Servicesure Nationwide Warranty, for extra peace of mind.
