Where we can fix things at the roadside, we will. If a roadside repair isn’t possible, we’ll recover your vehicle to our Carlisle workshop or to a garage of your choice. We’ll give you a clear quote before anything is moved.

After recovery

Getting your vehicle recovered is only the first step. At ALS Motor Group, we can handle what comes next too.

Our roadside team can carry out basic diagnostics on the spot. If something more detailed is needed, our Carlisle garage has the equipment and the qualified technicians to do a full diagnostic check and carry out repairs. We work on all makes and models.

If you’d rather your vehicle went to your own garage, we’ll transport it there and quote you accordingly. No pressure either way.

Alternatively we have a vehicle recovery transporter which holds 8 cars, and moves vehicles up and down the country every week, if your vehicle needs moving between locations.

We also offer secure vehicle storage at our Penrith and Carlisle sites, useful if you’re travelling and need time to arrange next steps without leaving your vehicle at the roadside or in a car park.
