Faultless service and excellent customer care

Fantastic service. Friendly, professional and not just out to fleece people! We booked our car in for a service, but Marcus realised there was other more important jobs needing done so instead of just pushing ahead, he kindly phoned and asked what exactly we wanted to do. We gave him an idea of our budget and despite a mix up with our locking wheel nut key that took up the whole day, we were re booked in the next day and came out £3 more than the budget :) We will certainly be using ALS for both of our cars from now on, faultless service and excellent customer care.
